Shipping

We accept orders from addresses in Nigeria and abroad. International orders take significantly longer for delivery and may be subject to import/value-added taxes that are beyond our control. We will deliver the Product(s) to the delivery address you specify in your order.

All our orders are shipped using a professional courier service. It is however YOUR responsibility to ensure that we have the correct delivery address and contact information for you. We will not be responsible for any mistakes as a result of you giving us incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information so please double check your delivery address and contact information when placing your order.   

Delivery usually takes up to 7 days (1 week). Sometimes it can take longer and if this is the case, we will update you with the reason why. If you have not received your product within this time period and are getting worried then please contact us with the tracking number we provided you with when your order was confirmed and we will give you the latest information. Any false claims or misrepresentation once detected, will be reported at once to local enforcement who will take action on our behalf.

Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days (Excludes International Orders) of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your product, you should email our sales department at sales@qfaves.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
